How to add a new EMPTY registration_data.csv file

1. make sure to have a backup of the first file.
2. remove it from the folder reg_data.
3. copy the file that is included in the 'Empty' folder (size = 0 bytes).
4. paste the file in the reg_data.
5. (very important) make sure that the permissions of the file allows writing on the file (refer to the note bellow).
